Cincy Youth Productions (cYp) hosts Youth Conclaves—quarterly events where teens lead powerful discussions and adults listen, gaining insight into the issues that matter most to youth. In these supportive gatherings, young voices are valued and empowered, while adults are challenged to reflect, understand, and take action. At the conclaves, teens build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and make a positive impact in their communities. Adults leave inspired to support, amplify youth perspectives, and engage in meaningful change.
Additionally, cYp offers Youth Empowerment Workshops (YEW) to prepare young leaders for success. Through hands-on learning, YEW teaches facilitation, participation, public speaking, and critical thinking skills, empowering youth to lead and make an impact at the conclaves and beyond.
